Tucked inside The Qualia Resort on Airport Road at Debari, Rhythm & Brews is the first in-house craft brewery in Udaipur — built for the kind of evening that starts with one drink and rolls into three. With seating for 66, it suits catch-ups, celebrations and unhurried dinners, and it is open to outside guests as well as hotel residents, daily from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
